In 2016 there was a huge trend for people to have “Fairy Gardens” in their homes. In Oct 2016 Amy, my 5 year old granddaughter, was quite taken with them…. so I decided to allow some fairies to move into my outdoor area and make their home. As the Fairy Garden grew, Amy would discover new members and items that the fairies had brought each time she came to visit her YaYa….it’s a pity that Cash was too little to remember, but his little red headed fairy is still resident in the garden (photos taken 27.3.2017 and 27.4.2017). My 4 grandchildren and my 3 step-grandchildren are represented by fairies who reside in YaYa’s Fairy Garden.
