It’s been almost 8 years now without you Kyle, but I think of you (and Cash) every single day!

This year we almost didn’t make it to Pinnaroo on your birthday due the out of control Bushfires in our area. We were evacuated late the night before (22.11.2023) and had to leave with just the dogs, medications, passports/birth certificates and the clothes we were wearing! We stayed with Neena until they down graded the alerts from Orange (Evacuate) to Yellow (Monitor and Prepare to Act). So we returned to the house on your birthday and had to clean up the soot that had come in and prepare some bags with essentials in case we have to evacuate again. We made it to Pinnaroo later that evening around 5.30pm with flowers from us and your Aunty Jack. It never gets easier and I miss you so much my baby boy. This year Cebar (my 12 year old Cocker Spaniel X) is with you – he fought his bladder cancer as long as he could and went to rainbow bridge peacefully on 16th Oct 2023. Please look after him for me Kyle? Love you always and forever my son. Love Mum X
